Post-Irene Price Gouging! North Fork Express taking advantage of stranded LIRR riders!

I COMPLETELY LOST IT! I didn’t have patience for this jerk trying to gouge stranded LIRR riders! The LIRR still has service suspended east of Ronkonkoma and apparently isn’t providing shuttle buses. So I get off the train at Ronkonkoma which is supposed to connect to a Greenport bound train at 10:41am. But this train was cancelled. OK so the MTA decided to pretty much leave some riders stranded. Then meet the JERK BUS DRIVER of the North Fork Express bus which goes to Splish Splash in Riverhead. I get off the train and the guy is there with a NORTH FORK EXPRESS sign and I ask him, “the LIRR isn’t running trains to Riverhead, is there a bus I can catch there, and he points to the bus”. So I wait by it and he arrives and collects the special Splish Splash package tickets from a few ppl, then a woman hands him a LIRR Ronkonkoma to Riverhead Peak ticket VALUED AT .75, and the driver said that he could not accept it and only stops at Splish Splash. This woman needed to get to Riverhead to her job and he said it would cost her EIGHTEEN FREAKIN DOLLARS to go there (and I just realized the form he handed me said , either way its still almost twice the LIRR) ! I just lost it right then and there. He wanted MORE THAN DOUBLE the price of her ticket. And the poor woman went back to get change and got on the bus! She tried to give him only but I made sure he noticed, and then he made her pay the (or was it , the guy kept changing the price). The driver was definately …
